Baby Tie Dye Rainbow Trail Long Tutorial #66

Howdy, I am Daniel with Roslyn Rags! In this tutorial I demonstrate how to tie dye a trail design on a baby outfit. The outfit is 100% cotton and has been soaked in a soda ash solution of 1 cup Sodium Carbonate to 1 gallon Water. I use a washable marker to sketch the pattern onto the shirt and fan fold the line I drew. I use rubber bands to “hold“ the fabric together. Next I use procion mx fiber reactive dye to set the color onto the outfit. Thanks for watching! RoslynRags
