Many thanks for taking the time out to watch this video. I have found out that you can greatly improve the Canon r5c battery life in a video mode by going into a playback mode when you are not recording without turning off the camera. By doing so the camera will stop using energy to power the lens motor, turn off the fan, and the censor. Unfortunately, if you don't go into playback mode and leave the camera on standby in video mode while you are not recording, the camera will keep using the same energy/power as it does while recording and it will deplete the battery very fast. If you don't want to use an external battery to extend the recording time on the Canon R5c then the best way is to use the Canon Battery Grip . This is the same battery grip used for Canon R5 and R6. For rigging the camera, I have used the small rig old version case but newer versions of the R5, R5C and R6 case will work perfectly for this rig as well . I have used the small
