Each episode of The Beatles: Get Back, which was initially conceived as a feature film, is around two hours long, for a total of six hours. The Beatles: Get Back was described by Jackson as “a documentary about a documentary.“ It has been regarded as undermining long-held assumptions that the making of Let It Be was entirely dominated by disagreements between the Beatles, revealing a more optimistic side of the production.
