Rape Suspect Who ‘Faked Death’ Puzzles Utah Court After being accused of raping a woman in 2008, Nicholas Rossi tried everything to avoid justice, from allegedly faking his own death and memorial service, changing his name four times in three years, and claiming a hospital framed him by tattooing him while unconscious. Finally extradited to the US weeks ago, he resorted to denying his identity to a Utah court while appearing in a wheelchair using an oxygen mask and addressing the judge as “m’lady.” Rossi - or Arthur Knight Brown, as he claims to be - will appear in court on January 26.
