SPOILER ALERT: IT WORKS! We wanted a cost effective way to produce fixture plate plugs and building this turret lathe was the route we chose. Along the way, we decided to go with an injection mold. Still, we wanted to follow through to show that it CAN be done. There is so much to learn from building a machine tool! Today, we'll machine the upper and lower spindle brackets and use our laser to cut acrylic for the legs and belt guard. Then, it's on to assembly. LONG LIVE THE TAIG! Thanks to Abom79 for the cameo.
