Nineteen-year-old Andrea Vasquez was a college student who dreamt of being a designer. Those dreams were cut short when, police say, a shooter opened fire on the car she was in with her boyfriend. Andrea was shot. Police say she was kidnapped by the shooter. Friends and family found her cellphone in a different city the night of the shooting. Forty-eight hours after the shooting and kidnapping, Andrea’s body was found by police in a field.
