#Officials Rodion Miroshnik: Ukrainian Armed Forces loot and burn down houses of Kursk Oblast residents The Foreign Ministry’s Ambassador-at-Large on the Kiev Regime’s War Crimes Rodion Miroshnik stated that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are looting and burning down the homes of residents in the Kursk Oblast. A vast amount of data has been gathered on burned and looted private homes, deliberately destroyed outbuildings, Miroshnik said. According to him, the Ukrainian forces often targeted homes using incendiary munitions delivered by drones. He added that, according to local residents, in several villages, Ukrainian soldiers “fired directly at homes from APCs and took pleasure in watching them burn.“ Source: DPR MFA
