One of my viewers called it! This adventure was everything but easy, or pretty, but the reward made up for all the trouble. I was in this area before. That's where I found the silver jewelry (). It's loud and trashy, but someone has to do it, right? No quite, the area was already “cleaned out“ pretty well. When you find rusty Pfennig coins, but no copper coins around it, it's one of many indicators... The silver coin was basically on the surface. How is this possible? Well, my friend the #metaldetecting boar could have brought the coin to the surface at some point in time. I have no other explanation for this. He also left some teeth marks on the golf ball. It was a U.S. Washington (silver) Quarter from 1946! A big surprise after hard work. I also found a few U.S. Wheat Pennies from 1957.
