Отход одного СК на открытии (подушка отцепки провалилась в винг)

описание от автора: Camera aimed at 10,000 ft for a wingsuit jump... pulled a little under 4k.... My right riser disconnected on opening.... I went to cutaway but my cutaway handle was inside my wingsuit and the tension on the left riser pulled everything in further and did not help the was unable to cutaway for sometime.... I briefly tried a few things that went finally was able to dig some of the yellow cutaway cable out of the suit and jam my finger under it so I could pull it to release the left riser. upon further inspection by me and my rigger we can see that because I was using an old style cutaway handle (without the rigid plastic insert) we think it folded under the rig and that is how it managed to get inside the wingsuit leading to the suit pulling the handle slightly on opening and causing the subsequent malfunction due to the shorter than average cutaway cables
