Since April 1, 2024, Russia has introduced mandatory labeling with the “Honest Sign“ sign of all products related to HS 6117100000, i.e. shawls, scarves, mufflers, mantillas, veils and similar products.. . These include Pavlovo-Posad shawls. All products of the «Pavlovoposadsky handkerchief manufactory» sold on market places and stores are required to have the QR code “Honest Sign“. All products that do not have such a mark after April 01, 2024, according to Russian law, belong to the category of COUNTERFEIT!
