Visit Visit our website This 1946-47 film, “Schley Ride to Washington and New York”, was photographed by Norman Schley. Schley was a Wisconsin-based filmmaker who made many travelogues, some of which aired on TV, and others which he would show in front of live audiences. This particular film is one of the latter, and would have originally featured narration by Schley himself. It shows scenes shot in Washington, D.C. and New York City, including views of Times Square.
