'President Vladimir Putin is welcomed in South Africa' - Mbalula

We will welcome Vladimir Putin in South Africa. tjis is according to Fikile Mbalula here in interview with HardTalk's Stephen Sakur. In the interview Mbalula says that Russian President Vladimir Putin is welcomed in South Africa as a member of BRICS and that SA can never arrest a head of state. He also stressed that Tony Blair has still not been arrested for lying about weapons of destruction in Iraq and for the millions of people who've been killed in the war in Iraq.
