In this video I show how I darn a big sock hole using three different colors to add a bit of PIZAZZ and artistic flare to an old pair of socks. Save money by spending a lot of time darning all the holes in your old socks but BEWARE once you start you can't stop. (I AM SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE HERE, FOLKS!) I am using: A darning needle I found at a thrift store (sorry!) Red, blue, and white fingering weight yarn from Sostrene Grene: The bottom of a wooden children's toy from Grimm's Toys: Let's stop fast fashion by creating sustainable slow fashion habits starting with mending the clothing we already have. What do you think? Want to join me?
