If you DON'T have a WORKING (!!!!) PayPal that is READY TO RECEIVE payments - then I guess you can't really participate in this tournament lol. (You can still submit a video, I would still react to it (if I see it), but in the end you wouldn't win any money). 2) Have a Instagram, E-Mail or Discord account where I can message you when you win. Please make sure to add your contact in the description of the video so I know where to message you. (also make sure your Insta is a public account) 3) Tag @RADALGANG in the title of your video so I can find you easier. 4) Follow me on Instagram: @RADALGANG. It literally won't help you to win the tournament, but at least I get another follower lol :3 5) You don't have to submit the video to reddit, but it would make it even more easy to find your video. (also you'll get a bunch of upvotes if ur video is good hehe) 6) The video should be rather short (1-2 minutes). It doesn't have to be a GTA inspired video or whatever. Just make it funny and memeable.
