Rs 2 is a grim reminder of the fact that men are also becoming victims of violent harassment in this country. This Malayalam short film narrates an incident that happens in the life of a ticket collector working in a public toilet. The film portrays the agony of the protagonist who bears the filthy conditions to make a living. The ignorance and disgust of the society towards his job only makes his life more difficult. However, the film goes beyond his daily routine to explore how these men who live in the fringes of the society are vulnerable targets of harassments.
