Technologies are transforming markets, a new system of international trade is emerging, supply chains and logistics routes are changing, large companies are merging and acquiring smaller ones, leading to the concentration of market power, and artificial intelligence is developing at a tremendous pace. All this leads to changes in market structure. Governments are facing new priorities, including preferences and a new attitude towards industrial policy.
