It's a MIDI controller sending commands to a sample player I built with handpan note recordings. I just completed the instrument a few days ago. You can also use it to play a virtual instrument handpan or any instrument that accepts MIDI. I'm over the moon with how well this has turned out since I started from zero less than a year ago. Subscribe to follow more on the development. I have a lot of hand sensitivity from years of sculpting clay, and my actual handpans hurt my hands a bit to play. This doesn't hurt. Yaaaayyy!
