This was my last heavy Bench before GPA Worlds. Worked on heavy paused singles up to 98% of my goal 3rd attempt at the meet which came out to be 530lbs. I’m shooting for 245kg/540lbs at the competition for a meet PR. Coming off a couple weeks of De loading and being well rested before the meet, I think I’ll have another 10lbs in me even after max Squatting.
