An interesting take: George Webb, US investigative journalist, offers a couple of shortcomings of the Putin/Tucker interview, in his view. 1) Timing of release: The interview overshadowed Trump’s Court victory in Las Vegas, a speech opportunity lost. This doesn’t help uphold Americans’ right to choose their candidates (criticism for Tucker.) 2) Omissions: The name Kolomoisky never came up (Zelensky’s sugar daddy who has a connection to East-Med pipeline), the East-Med pipeline itself, the Trans-Arabia pipeline, Israel’s Ben Gurion Canal, the Gaza war, and the whole “Southern route“. This is an alternative line for getting natural gas to Europe, bypassing Ukraine, as backed by Atlantic Council policy & Genie Energy in the occupied Golan Heights. That’s really a lot to unpack quickly. In Tucker’s defense, he did say the interview is about the Ukraine war only. Webb is suggesting it could have been tighter & focused on geopolitical aspects that seek to prevent America & Russia from “making the same mistakes.“ I doubt Putin isn’t aware of all causes of the war, as Webb states - my impression is Putin had different PR objectives. But an interesting take none the less. Part 2, Tucker? Источник: Inessa S ️️
