Brake Testing, Kenilworth in London. L/S Car backing off ramp after having brakes tested. M/S Sign reading “Your brakes tested free and a certificate issued while you wait“. M/S Garage attendant opening car door as lady driver gets out. Attendant gets in car to drive onto testing ramp. C/U Car driving onto ramp. M/S Garage hands fixing car to ramp. M/S Switch being pressed on. Camera following garage attendant as he bends down by car to look at dial, attached to machine. C/U Camera pans from wheels of car on ramp to dial meter which is registering. M/S Car against rollers. Camera pans from car wheel to dial meter and then back again to wheel showing rollers measuring resistance to brakes. M/S Camera pans from meter to garage attendant taking notes of meter registrations. Camera following car as it leaves ramp. Woman driver goes up to car. M/S Old crock going down road.
