Stretch the chain you made ( hip circumference is 34”) your chain must be 34” when stretched. Note: when you make chain, make sure the number of chains is divisible by 2. 2. Measure your thigh circumference ( is 20” each thigh). Divide your work into two (for the legs/thigh please watch the video). Add more chains to get the exact measurement for your thigh.
