The Debut single from UK based AOR/Melodic rock band White Skies 'What Do You Know About Love? is released via Pride & Joy Music on 19th August 2022. Taken from the forthcoming album ' Black Tide' set to be released on 4th November White Skies draw their influences from the giants of the AOR genre citing Journey, Foreigner, Toto, Rick Springfield and Night Ranger as major inspiration in the writing process. The nucleus of the band was formed by ex Samson/First Strike vocalist Mick White alongside ex Ya Ya guitarist Ray Callcut and ex Double Cross/Dante Fox keyboard player Pete Lakin. The songs were written during lockdown and honed down to the twelve best of the best to feature on the album and then painstakingly mixed over a number of months by Lakin. White Skies were very quickly signed to German rock label Pride & Joy Music and the line up was completed by ex Blood Red Saints bass player Rob Naylor and ex Red, White and Blues drummer Daz Lamberton.
