Healthy Low Calorie Creamy Chicken, the best recipes i’ve ever made! Sharing my most popular recipe again with you all, so many of you have joined the family recently that i wanted to share this again🤌🏽 This literally tastes unreal and it is SO EASY to make! Macros per serving 507 calories - protein | carbs | 7g fat Ingredients (for 2 servings) For the chicken: • 300g chicken breasts cut into cubes(raw weight) • 1 tsp olive oil • 1 tbsp paprika or smoked paprika • 1 tsp garlic powder or fresh garlic • 1 tbsp dried basil • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes • 1 tsp salt - Cook on medium heat for 3-4 mins each side the set aside For the sauce: • 1/2 cup (120ml) low fat/skimmed milk • 90g low/zero fat cream cheese • 15g grated parmesan • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp basil • 1/4 tsp chilli flakes For cooking: • Cooking spray • 1 cup spinach • Extra seasoning if needed Serve with: • 140g cooked white rice per serving or • 120g of cooked pasta Note: - When cooking the sauce, If it’s too thick add extra milk, if it’s too thin then add extra parmesan or cream cheese - Make sure you don’t over cook the sauce for too long and keep the heat on LOW!
