Welcome back to another life is strange tribute, the first one I've made in over 3 years! It actually shocked me it's been that long, videos just seem to fly by when you've been editing for 7-8 years like I have. I'm so happy to be coming back to this series tho. For those of you who don't know, LIS was one of the three main series I started up my channel with. They were: the walking dead, star wars, and life is strange (the first game was the only one available at the time, although I did make a couple edits with the prequel, “before the storm“ when it came out as well). I took a break from the series just to focus on other things and because I didn't really like LIS 2 all that much. Plus things have changed over the years and now I can record my own footage however I want, which is what I did with this video :P It was getting irritating to have to use other footage available online, which killed some of my interest in editing the game at the time. Now that I can record my own footage and the game is absolutely wonderful, I'm back into the series ^^ This game is easily my favorite game I've played this year, and it brings up alot of personal themes that I relate to very much, so this tribute has alot of my heart poured into it. Whether that comes across or not, I'm not sure, but I definitely had alot of joy editing this. I spent one month on it, which is probably the longest I've ever spent on a tribute. Two weeks planning, recording extra footage and figuring out how to flow from Alex's cover of the song to the original song. Then two weeks editing the actual footage.
