Migrants scuffle with police at immigration office in Italy

Hundreds brawled with police near the Foreigners’ Office in Milan while queuing up overnight for an appointment. Migrants, waiting with documents in their hands, tried to break through security fences and scuffled with police. They reportedly crowded the street before dawn in an effort to secure a place in the line, in hopes of regularizing their stay in the country.
