Squired by heady melodies featuring tribal drum rhythms, Ötzi joins the great spring gathering to announce the changes he envisioned. Swiss-based band Gora Mama is set to release “Ötzi”, a catchy rock song about the life of the Iceman. Inspired by findings on the famous mummy, this track is a poetic interpretation of the life he may have had and promises to shake the head of the stoner tribe. “Ötzi” is the last song Gora Mama wrote after three days of composition isolated in a small hamlet in the Alps and after countless guesses on his fate late at and mixed by sound engineer Romain Equey, who has previously worked with renowned artists like Mark Kelly, and mastered by Loïc Gaillard, “Ötzi“ marks the musical evolution of Gora Mama. It is the first release from the band's new line-up, which promises a wider exploration of the stoner rock genre. An album is scheduled for release
