Making The Crescent Blade From Moon Knight - Turn 3D Prints Into Metal

In this video I will be casting the crescent blade from Marvel Studios Moon Knight. I started with a 3D print of the blade and made a mold of it in petrobond sand. I then melted down some scrap aluminum in my home foundry and poured the molten aluminum into the mold. I then sanded down the blade to 3000 grit and gave it a nice polish to make it shine.
