I shot this video at The Los Angeles Zoo where I work in the spring of 2000. Studbook #33 (Sequoia) displays and copulates with mate Studbook #79 (Pitahsi). The display for courtship is typically with the wing tips(primary feathers) pointed more toward the body and the bend of the wrist extended up and out.
