Lada isn't a particularly well-known brand in South Africa, but in the 80s and 90s the brand was officially imported into SA with vehicles such as the Lada Niva Station Wagon and Convertible. The most convincing Lada however, was the Niva 4x4 but these days they are hard to get parts for.
