Allegra Tutorial: For Short Torsos

The Allegra has always been a difficult trick for me to get into due to my shorter torso, especially on a 50mm pole. I've finally come up with a way to get into the trick that places my body around the pole in the correct position so as to avoid pain and risk of injury to the lower ribs. I hope my tips are useful!
