Highlights from an amazing collaboration between Otago Polytechnic's Central campus and award winning vineyard and bistro, Amisfield in beautiful Queenstown NZ. Our cookery students spent two days #foraging around Central Otago and Bluff with foraging guru, Peter Langlands from Wild Capture and crafted the gathered produce into a top class, four-course dining experience - with wine matching.
