24 Minute HIIT Tabata Workout

This workout is very intense, 24 straight minutes of a high intensity workout with very little rest. Make sure you have a water bottle handy. All you need with this video is a device to stream and a small space. No equipment and all bodyweight. Trust me, you want a big bang for your buck, give this Tabata workout a try. Format Description There are 3 pairs of exercises Each pair is done using a 20/10 interval (20 minutes of work/10 seconds of rest) for 8 total rounds = 4 mins. 3 pairs x 4 minutes = 12 minutes and then you repeat the workout one more time making it exactly 24 minutes. There is no workout featured in this video so make sure that you do one of my 5 minute bodyweight warm up videos and/or design your own dynamic warm up. This is full body so make sure that your warm up is hitting all of the major upper and lower body muscle groups.
