Clips of me practicing Aerial Silks at the studio where I take classes at just before the holidays. It has been about a year since I began taking classes and I am still loving every minute of it! I have been learning new drops and combos along with new conditioning techniques to make me a stronger aerialist. The song in this video is “Interloper“ by Carbon Based Lifeforms. Hope you enjoy!
