Place chicken pieces into marinade, mix and put into the fridge for one hour. For Tonkatsu Sauce: 1/2 cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard mixed with a little water. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. For frying: 2 eggs, flour, Panko bread crumbs (Japanese st
