CHICKEN 2 chicken breast 2/3 cup non fat Greek yogurt 2 cloves minced garlic 2 tsp oregano 2 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper Juice from 1 lemon 1. Pound chicken so itโ€™s 1/2 inch thick 2. Then marinate chicken breast with all the ingredients listed for 30 minutes at room temp 3. Bake at 375F for 20-30 minutes (I baked mine for 25 minutes) 4.
