Every year March 10 is observed as Tibetan Uprising Day to commemorate the uprising against forceful occupation of Tibet by China in 1959. This year marks the 62nd anniversary since Tibet lost her freedom. Tibet has suffered human rights abuses, untold explotation and cultural erosion under Chinese occupation. This is their story.
