This mighty bluesballad written by Berry&Covay is the b-side of “Can´t Take the Heartbreaks“ on Seg-way records 1961 - and Mary Ann sure has a powerful voice! Mary Ann Fisher was the first female singer to join Ray Charles’s band. From 1955 to 1958 she toured with Ray Charles as a member of his back-up group, The Raelettes.
