The west is willing to fight to the last Ukrainian but its not willing to fight itself

Tom Gross discusses whether Putin has suddenly “gone mad” as some western leaders claim (or “full tonto,” in the words of the British defense secretary). Answer: no… So how can Putin be stopped in the most effective way? Will the economic and cultural measures against Russians turn them against their government, or will boycotting Russian ballet, Eurovision and cats merely make them rally round it.
