By the way, you won’t be sold alcohol in stores usually after 10 or 11 PM, depending on the region. E. g., in Moscow, sellers can’t sell alcohol from 11 PM to 8 AM. But Russian bars sell spirit freely 24/7. 🎶 NOISE NUISANCE It may be not allowed to make loud noises late or at the weekend, the time depending on the region. In Moscow, noise in apartments is prohibited from 23 to 7 o’clock, and repairs are prohibited from 19 to 9 and on days off.
