Hey everyone! Here is my tutorial on how i made the 1/2 birthday cake! It is an all buttercream cake using swiss meringue buttercream BUT I am pretty sure you can make any type of buttercream work as long as you chill it enough:) I DID NOT want to go through the trouble of attempting this in fondant, so i gave it a shot!
