Balance boards can be a great way to work on balance reactions to the left and right, as well as working on anticipating how your body needs to react to any move that you make. The more you can predict what your body needs to do, the more stable you can become. It is also great for working on squatting, unfortunately our movie star did not feel like squatting for the video!
