Renato's special blocks are well known for being tough. 44km of volume; all between 2:55/km and 3:05/km, this one sure as hell was. This video covers the morning session, a 10km in 31min, followed by a 12km at under 3:00/km. Just 5 minutes rest in between. Today's session is primarily for Erik Kiptanui Training for Boston Marathon Renato has chosen courses with slight uphill and downhill sections.
