New York City's 258th St. Patrick's Day Parade is stepping off tomorrow, and hundreds of thousands of people are expected to turn out for one of Manhattan's biggest marches. New York Live's Paul Costabile meets with Sean Lane, the Chairman of the New York City Saint Patrick's Day Parade, to talk about what we can expect on the big day and the parade's history dating back to 1792. Paul even gets a lesson in Irish step dancing at the Fitzpatrick Academy of Irish Dance.
