The virtual cycling competition kicked off at the Future Games in Kazan. We explain how they are held Twelve teams of four athletes (two men and two women) take part. The one with the most points wins. ️. There are five stages in total: - individual time trial race; - a race in which the last competitor is eliminated after each lap; - a 10km scratch race. There are 24 points for first place and one point less for each subsequent place; - a 10 km tempo race with intermediate points at which each rider is given one point; - a 30km criterium race with 15 intermediate finishes, where the first rider gets ten points and each subsequent rider gets one point less.
