Todays kettlebell workout been inspired by “Armor Building Complex“ from Dan John (strength coach). Armor building, is not hypertrophy, but rather, a hardening and toughening of the flesh with the expected accompaniment of strength. Usually this complex is completed ONCE every minute on the minute, but this time wanted to challenge my self (otherwise need heavier kettlebells) and complete same complex TWICE within a minute.
