Cancer scare leads to Sun Protection clothing for charity. Carp Fishing Korda front man Danny Fairbrass explains how he recently had a skin cancer scare that inspired him to help others. Following the all clear after having a melanoma removed Danny felt it was important to warn others about the dangers of being over exposed to the sun whilst fishing. Turning a negative into a positive he decided to create a KOOL range of clothing, purposely design to keep you cool and protect you from the sun. A Quick-dry long sleeve T shirt have been launched as well as a Snood (neck buff) already, these will be followed by a Bucket Hat soon. The clothing doesn't have an SPF rating like sun cream but is made to cover areas that would usually be exposed to the sun. The profits from the Long Sleeve Shirt, Snood and Bucket Hat will all go to the Lennox Children's Cancer Fund.
