This course presents a first of its kind: a theory of governance, sufficiently general in terms of universality of application, hence: the sufficiently general theory of governance (the SGTG). The SGTG provides a novel terminological apparatus which can be used to describe all processes in Creation — from the global historical process to a child riding a bicycle around a puddle.
