In this video I show you how to do a granby roll or a side roll for Brazilian jiu jitsu. I also explain when, in a round, you might use it or what techniques granby rolls are beneficial. There are multiple ways you can mess this warmup up and the last thing you want is to get hurt doing a warmup so you can't train.
