We’ve teamed up with with Alva Noto for this year’s Art Night — an annual experimental and contemporary arts festival dominating the underground circle of London’s creative scene. This x-genre event celebrates the collaboration of musicians and artists. Fitting this brief, we have an unforgettable session with a topping 7-artist bill to celebrate the art-music cross pollination. Lined up we’ve got German mainstay errorsmith, visual and techno artist experimentalist Rrose, London-based NTS Radio DJ Lee Gamble , award-winning artist/composer/producer Mira Calix, recent Príncipe Discos signee Nidia & multidisciplinary sound artist Paul Purgas (Empty Set) - not to mention co-curator Alva Noto himself. This special evening of celebrating art and music comes in partnership with Village Underground, Philips Auction House, White Chapel and Absolut.
