Actually I'm not sure what/whom is being portrayed here: 2 men on top part; scowling; look down/the bottom half is people crowded together - looks like some women; a skeletal thing in German helmet; etc. Can't see words at top but at bottom: Wollen Wir Unsere Landsleute (We Want Our Lands people? or Shouldn't We Have our L.?). Germany was being starved out not by blockade; but through all the farmers having gone to war; perhaps this poster is suggesting that the war should end and the lands people should go back to producing food.
